During my stay at St. Luke's I was transferred to ICU. Karen Rider was one of my nurses. During several tests and eventually surgery, Karen displayed extreme commitment to my needs as well as sincere compassion to me, my family, and friends. Her assurance that I will get through this, and the care and kindness she displayed to me not only as a patient but as a person will have lasting memories of the excellent care and treatment I received.
