Karen Robbins' career at Mercy has served as a blessing to not only the community but the Nursing staff. As my senior co-worker, Charge Nurse, and Preceptor, Karen has been a positive influence in my growth professionally and personally. She has always shown strong work ethics, fairness, and honesty. All necessary qualities to be successful in not only the Nursing profession but life. Karen is a strong leader and is the epitome of Nursing leadership. Staying calm in any situation and maintaining fairness through every action and decision that is made. Karen is one of the main reasons why I enjoy being a nurse and working at Mercy Hospital. She is a true role model.
