Mrs. Rotolo demonstrates excellence in nursing education both in the classroom and on the clinical floor. She is always striving for the students to think critically and achieves a perfect balance between teaching and guiding the students towards the correct answer. She challenges the entire class, in a positive way, to strive for excellence. On the clinical floor, she demonstrates both competency and compassion when dealing with the entire healthcare team. She leads by example and encourages the students to find their own path on this journey. Her dedication to this profession is what makes her not only a great teacher, but a wonderful role model to aspire to.
