Mrs. Rotolo demonstrates excellence in nursing education both in the classroom and on the clinical floor. She is always striving for the students to think critically and achieves a perfect balance between teaching and guiding the students towards the correct answer. She challenges the entire class, in a positive way, to strive for excellence. On the clinical floor, she demonstrates both competency and compassion when dealing with the entire healthcare team.
