Karen is the best RN. She was so helpful and has great communication with patients. I had many issues during my stay and Karen was there every time offering to talk, which we did a lot. I thoroughly believe Karen deserves this award, as she is always happy with a smile on her face, and is always willing to take care of patient needs. She is a wonderful nurse who deserves to be recognized in a special way. Karen is a class act! She is positive and friendly, easy to talk to, likeable and warm, and very qualified to deliver patient care.
