I am an RN of long-standing and when on the CVU floor/unit I was treated with the utmost compassion, knowledgeable care, and love. Karen was respectful and compassionate, but mostly she went that extra mile to provide needed information about my condition and treated me and my family with total caring. I feel she is an outstanding nurse. Her knowledge and understanding of the human body are outstanding.
