Karen was the nurse who took care of me after the delivery of our baby. Throughout our stay, Karen checked on us frequently during her shifts. She was always kind and very prompt if we called. Karen spent a great deal of time with us and made sure we understood all the information. When I asked questions, she answered them thoroughly and never made me feel stupid. As a new mom, her love and care of me and my baby made all the difference. This kind of care is truly great nursing.
