Not only did Karen take exceptional care of my mom, but she also made sure that I was alright. The care she provided for my mom was very personable as if she was caring for her own mother. She made me feel at ease so that I could leave her and go home and get some rest. She is a very valuable asset to our team and she encompasses all aspects of a DAISY Nurse.
