Ms. Karen cared for my grandmother in the ICU and I so amazed how she does her job and when she does her job she really does it well. She is a very nice and caring nurse. She goes beyond to check on her patient every 5-10 minutes to make sure they are okay and comfortable. Having a sick relative was scary but with this nurse we could manage.
