I want to tell you about my nurse, Karen. Karen is one of the nicest people that I have run into during one of the phone calls with your Hardin Memorial family. Karen had just the right words to say, and told me to call her if I had any other questions or problems. That I did, and Karen tried her best to do so. She went out of her way to try getting a message to the right people. She went beyond her call of duty I would say. I’ve never met her, and don’t know her personally, but it is said to treat people the way you want to be treated, I believe Karen did just that!
