Karen was a tremendous help in establishing communication with Medtronics. Without Medtronics’ assistance with turning off the defibrillator, my husband’s MRI could not be done. She also was great at helping me to convince my husband to stay until the following day because he was tired of waiting and wanted to leave. Karen listens to the patients’ needs and does what is necessary. She goes above and beyond to get results. Without Karen, our stay could have had a less favorable outcome.
