Karen has shown such kindness, compassion, and professionalism while my mom was a patient here. My mom is an 87-year-old Alzheimer’s patient with kidney failure. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, and why she was doing it, and answered all my questions. She always seemed to have all the time we needed her to spend with us. She never seemed rushed or annoyed as we tried to understand and make decisions. Karen was warm and caring and absolutely went above and beyond our expectations! We could not have asked for a better nurse during this difficult time! You could tell she really cared about all of us - patient and family.
