You just know who loves their job. Karen is the one. I actually had so many questions as I was placed in my own room because of my diagnosis. Which doesn’t make any sense. Karen was immediately on it and resolved the situation. She has not only been a top-performing nurse but a true relief for me and as I can see, so many others including her colleagues. Karen is more than a nurse, she is a true, passionate, loving, and caring person. She takes the time to listen and she takes great pride in what she provides/does for the psychiatric industry. If I could clone Karen and have her at every hospital, group home, unit, etc., I would. The world would truly be a better place.
