Every day Karen serves as an advocate for our patients as well as our staff. She cares about each patient. She serves as a resource of knowledge and expertise to the health unit coordinators, doctors, and nursing staff, as well as Care Management. She does not leave until everything on the unit has been taken care of and she serves as a great role model for our new nurses. We are very lucky to work with Karen.
