My dad was a patient on C/P unit--with CHF, severe aortic stenosis, and CKF. Karen was very up front with doctor's orders for palliative care. She did everything she could for our dad and for us, to ease him into hospice care. She even gave our dad a shave and washed his hair on discharge day. Coming in to turn our dad and check on us is extraordinary!
