Karen attempted to place an IV line but, unfortunately, I was very "jumpy" and scared of needles. Karen didn't lose her composure, she brought someone in to assist her and continued to provide the rest of the care needed. She is very patient and explained clearly any questions asked. She was compassionate and exceptional at providing care to a very scared individual!
