Kari was always making sure I was comfortable. I wanted to take a shower and she knew I didn't like the sticker over my IV. It pulled my arm hair and was rather painful. She came up with a plan to use two latex gloves with the fingers cut off with a lighter tape around the edges. It worked fantastically!
Kari also kept me very informed on the status of doctors, meds, and other things she observed by the notes. Visits to the hospital aren't the most pleasant things to deal with but Kari took the extra time and effort to make sure I was comfortable.
