Kari is such an incredible CRNA, I love working with her. Not only is she great to worth with, but she always has such a caring heart for our patients up here on OB. Today I had a patient that was hurting and she made sure to listen to the patient. She went out of her way to work with the patient in between contractions. The entire time Kari was coaching the patient and reminding her of how amazing she was doing. She is always so positive and uplifting to our patients. It helps the entire atmosphere up here when the patient is already uncomfortable. Kari always is willing to help other people or take on another tasks to help out. Tonight she was answering phones for us, helping bring meds, reposition patients, and even helped clean a patient up after the delivery. Kari goes above and beyond for her colleagues and her patients, without ever even being asked.
