Kari was very kind, personable, easy to talk to, attentive, and did her job with a true passion for what she does. I felt like we had been old friends for years, after spending the better half of the week in and out of L&D. Kari made me not only feel comfortable but she also went above and beyond to make time/accommodations to interact with my little one who is 15-month-old, when she was having difficulty coping with mama being in the hospital. My overall experience with each staff member was top notch. You all are all angels from above, and blessings to the families you help!
