Our 16-year-old daughter was transferred to your facility after a suicide attempt. Kari, once noticing our daughter was experiencing a "Low" in her mood, came in the room to have a "Spa Date", as she called it, with our daughter. She spent an hour of undivided attention interacting in a fun manner with her including a bedside bath, massage and even fully washed her hair using a small cup and basins of water. After which she braided my daughter's hair and fully changed her linens and had her laughing and giggling throughout, as well as afterwards. Her bedside manner is impeccable and beyond compare.
