Kari discovered that my daughter had a cleft palate. This was never found in any of my weekly ultrasounds or earlier the day she was born. My daughter couldn't eat and we were becoming very worried. However, because Kari discovered her cleft palate, we are now able to get her to eat and move forward with her treatment. Thank you!

Kari has shown our family such compassion, love, and enthusiasm during our journey on the Birthplace Unit. Our sweet baby girl was so lucky to have her as her nurse and we are forever grateful. You will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for the laughs, care, and advice.
