My stay was made much easier and less painful thanks to Karianne Weber. The following are just a few things of the many things she did that showed her care and love for her profession and her patients:
Her endless smile and sweet voice.
Always willing to take her time to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed.
Her response to my needs.
Never saw her upset or annoyed, which made it a pleasure to talk to her.
I loved to talk to her about her horse, as I love horses and had horses in the past.
As tired as she was at the end of her shift, Karianne would stay longer than her shift to chat with my wife and me about everything and anything we had questions about.
If she could be cloned and you could hire more nurses like Karianne, the stay at the hospital would be wonderful always.
Lastly, when my wife or I were down, Karianne knew how to say something that would put our worries and concerns at ease.
I would like to thank her for all her care and love showed to my family and me during my stressful illness, that resulted in a stay in the hospital.
