Karima is always so willing to jump in and help when needed. Recently, Karima was assisting a patient to the restroom when the patient went into distress. Karima jumped into action very quickly, maintained her composure, and helped save the patient's life. No matter what Karima endures in life she ALWAYS comes to work with a smile and a positive attitude. It was later discovered that the patient she helped had a pulmonary embolism. Without Karima's quick action this patient's story could have been very different. Karima is a compassionate, goal-oriented, skilled nurse who leads by example. She continues to show our team what a remarkable nurse really is.
