The labor and delivery of our son could not have gone any better and our nurse was a big part of the reason why. She made us feel so comfortable every step of the way with her knowledge, the way she explained everything and her genuine caring. On top of that, she was really a lot of fun to be around. One especially thoughtful thing she did was our 4-year-old daughter, who did not want to leave her new little brother when it was time for her to go home, she gave our daughter a teddy bear with a special hospital bracelet with her baby brother's name on it and gave her a "special job" of taking care of teddy bear brother until her real brother was ready to come home. It made all the difference and our daughter left feeling very special and important.
