Karina was the first nurse I saw after surgery. She represented CCARE in every way. I love the way she was very gentle and how she cared for me, especially knowing I was very scared. The way she collaborated with me, my thoughts, and my needs. I truly thought I was the only patient on this floor. I'm so thankful for her, she meant a lot to me. She has so much respect for her job and all the patients. I realized later that she was still working after 7:00 am and I was like how does she keep up with everyone? But she did this and respected my needs and respected me. Please give her an award for excellence, because she most certainly deserves it."
