Karinna showed courage and strength in a situation no nurse should encounter. She was left by herself on the unit to cover patients. I witnessed her strength and confidence, knowledge, and devotion to her patients. I am proud to work alongside such a devoted nurse and I want to nominate her. Karinna embodies the integrity, compassion, tenacity, and sheer hard work of a tremendous nurse leader.

She gives excellent and meticulous care to our patients always with an attitude of generosity, calm, poise, and kindness.
