Karinna showed courage and strength in a situation no nurse should encounter. She was left by herself on the unit to cover patients. I witnessed her strength and confidence, knowledge, and devotion to her patients. I am proud to work alongside such a devoted nurse and I want to nominate her. Karinna embodies the integrity, compassion, tenacity, and sheer hard work of a tremendous nurse leader.
She gives excellent and meticulous care to our patients always with an attitude of generosity, calm, poise, and kindness. Karinna is the kind of colleague who inspires confidence and solidarity in her team members. She is humble yet leads with quiet strength. We are so lucky to have her on our team.
