Thank you Karis Pickett, for using your own phone so that our dad could watch his beloved Dodgers play. Karis went out of her way to comfort my dad. Her professionalism and knowledge of her job was amazing. Karis was very easy to talk to. We had some good conversations with her, and we really appreciate her caring and delightful demeanor with our father.
