Karissa is so very deserving of this award.I spent my 61st birthday in the cardiology unit. During my 3-day stay I met many caring wonderful staff. Karissa stood above the rest because her compassion, disposition, attitude and expertise, not to mention knowledge is outstanding. She is everything and more that we should expect from a care giver. She was attentive, kind, funny and has the very best demeanor. My Birthday was spent with Karissa. She made my day! My birthday present was that she was my nurse the next day too. Love you Karissa. You have one more fan!
