Karissa called and met with my family several times. She made sure that we had everything we needed at home. She called the doctor to make sure my mom's medications were correct. Our family felt comfortable taking mom home because of Karissa's efforts. She made a stressful time much easier on our family.
Karissa is always helping with any questions regarding patient care and continuance of care for home. This is not just a job for her, she truly is compassionate with her work.
