Karista goes above and beyond for all the patients on the floor, not just her own. She helps out other staff members without even asking. Her skill set is phenomenal. She is very smart and works in a swift and effective manor. Any type of patient could come in and she will appropriately take care of them with ease and with no complaints. She is always smiling, and you can see how much her patients love her. Her actions are inspiring. If I ever have any questions about a patient or a procedure, she will always help. She is truly a wonderful person and a fantastic nurse.
