Karl was the responsible nurse after my mom’s CABG surgery, she woke up all alone and Karl was there to help and comfort her all the time. My mom really admired the hard work and the way Karl handled her case. Karl was very considerate, and respectful and did the job more than expected. All that with a smile and encouraging words.
