Karl is an awesome nurse. He is one in a million. Karl goes above and beyond for his patients, even when the patients are not assigned to him. He’s always & I mean always, helping his nurse and nursing assistant coworkers. Karl is very funny always making the patients laugh, as well as his peers. He is fun to work with, and he brightens your day. He is excellent in his role and he has a heart of gold. Just to name a few; he ordered a quick tray for a coworker patient, he checks neighboring IV pumps for his coworkers, he cleans up patients by himself & always asks if you need help even when he’s busy with his own work that’s how much of a great team player he is. He takes the time out of his busyness to explain to a patient their care. He is respectful of everyone. You name it & Karl's got it. He is the man for the job, and that’s why I’m honoring Karl because of his hard work and his dedication to healthcare. He is truly God-sent.
