Karl came, searched and smiled through all. I also used him as a sounding board and he just smiled and showed intelligence. Out of all the RNs he was my favorite. He excelled in all endeavors and helped me understand how and what to do to help myself. That is the most important thing to me; to understand my role in healing and how much to exercise and if I’m doing this and that right. Verification AND clarification go a long way. Karl gave me care on a professional level.
