Karla Bedell took care of my daughter who was in ICU after a head-on collision. I spent the night in the hospital waiting room and went to her room at about 6:15. As I approached the room, I was greeted with an introduction and a lovely attitude. To say the least it was refreshing. As I watched Karla interact with my daughter, I couldn't believe it. Not only did she explain everything, she listened with an open mind to her needs, acted with a sense of urgency and completed her tasks in with a special kind of care. It was clear that Karla cared for what she was doing and had a passion for what the patients' needs were.

When we were moved to another hospital I was sad we didn't get more time with Karla. Karla has raised the bar for the type of care we expect our daughter to receive. It makes me wish we didn't have to leave and I hope you recognize her for all she did while she took care of my daughter. She was so impressive I will never forget her.
