Karla Kroll, RN

Excellence, that is what I think of Karla. She is an excellent nurse and coworker, consistently going above and beyond every single day for both patients and staff. She truly loves her job, and it shows. She shares her knowledge with her co-workers, no matter how busy she is. She's always willing to help with a smile and never acts as if it's a bother or an inconvenience to her. This area is highly specialized, and it takes years to be proficient. Her clinical excellence is very apparent. I tease her at times that she eats, breathes, and sleeps thinking about her job. She cares about her patients and colleagues. This clinic is so lucky to have her. She is able to figure things out like no one else. I am truly blessed to work with her, and I feel our patients are too! She truly lives the DAISY mission - every single day!
