Karla listened compassionately to me and always responded with a smile. I was feeling pretty down and wanted to visit the chapel. Karla walked me to the chapel at the end of her shift. She didn't have to do this. I asked her where it was located, and she offered to take me once her shift was complete (approximately 10 minutes). My sincere thanks.
