From a former SFMC employee, to see an LVN work with such high integrity was deeply appreciated. Her professionalism and compassionate manner towards not only her patients but also her peers were exceptional.

After taking my mother to another hospital two days before, comparing all the staff and processes was also amazing. As my mother was never seen after a 6-hour wait at another hospital. Not only did Ms. Moreno speak to my mother in her language, but she also stood 5'11 or taller. She squatted down to talk to my mother and again spoke to her with tenderness and patience. Let me not forget to mention that she was not walking, she was almost running, doing her job like all ER staff should be doing, from tending to her patients, working her computer, bringing snacks to the patients, answering questions from her peers, as well as patients' families. 

She kept her professionalism, smiled, and was very pleasant. Again, as a formal SFMC employee, it makes me very happy that Prime has put SFMC back on the road with new SFMC members.
