Karlee took care of my 13-year-old, A. This is what A had to say, "Karlee had really good conversations with me instead of just talking to my mom. She has one cat! She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable like I could trust her."
I can't ask for my daughter A to say something more profound than she "trusted her." In today's society with trust so easily broken and taken for granted, a 13-year-old stating this to her mom (who struggles with anxiety and new people) making her love this nurse, too! Karlee explained everything to A and mom (guess what? mom understood it all, I'm a nurse, but she still explained it) excellent communication with delays and setbacks which are to be expected with add-on procedures. We only wish we had Karlee for our whole stay. Thank you.
