Karleen was my son's nurse. It is stressful with a baby, she made me and my wife feel so comfortable like she has known us since we were little, almost like she was a family member taking personal care of my son.
Each night when we saw her name on his board, a feeling of relief would come over us, we could sleep!!!
You can tell she loves her job and it shows in her work. It's hard to find someone you instantly trust with a new baby.
