The patient was concerned that their port was going bad and that they would have to endure the pain of removing the old port and placing a new once, along with dealing with the cost of calling the vascular team to replace the port, but stated that Karlo saved the port! The patient also noted that Karlo has a great sense of humor and kept him laughing and was also very caring and professional during their stay.
