Karly Garrison, BSN, RN

I had my first surgery ever this past Monday and had to be there at 8 am for a 9 am procedure. It was a rough morning getting to the center, and I was already anxious and overwhelmed with it being my first surgery. I was in tears when I arrived, and Karly was so kind and caring. She immediately put me at ease, walked through every step of a procedure before she did it, continually asked how I was doing/if I was ok, and was all-around wonderful. She She also was very patient with my questions and concerns - even knowing it was a standard, common procedure - but to me it was a big deal being my first surgery. I cannot thank her enough for how kind and caring she was with me.
