Karol was very professional and was very knowledgeable about her job. She took the time to explain in detail the procedure of the Cath and explained the doctor's orders. Although I was anxious about my diagnosis, she took the time to reassure me that I would be okay. She was friendly with my wife and family. She displayed humor to take my mind off of the test I was having. Even though she worked 12 hours the day before, she came back in with the same energy and smile. My family and I appreciate all that she did for me during my stay. Karol also went above and beyond to explain the procedure in detail by drawing a blood vessel and showing how the doctor would enter my vessel.
