Karolina Dudzinski, BSN, RN

Karolina is the epitome of a great nurse and coworker. She goes above and beyond for her patients and ensures that each of her patients has a great labor and delivery experience. One time, when her patient asked her to stay with her during labor, Karolina willingly stayed well after her shift was over to be there for her patient. Karolina always has a smile on her face, and I look forward to every night shift that I get to work with her. Karolina is one of a kind and very deserving of this award.
