Our nurse leader, Karoline, always pursues excellence by putting her nurses first and making sure their needs are met. I have seen her jump to help nurses in need by doing admissions, cleaning up patients and she never hesitates to suit up and take a COVID pediatric patient. I have never seen a manager so hands-on!
