Karri cared for my sister during her recent stay at the Hayward Area Memorial Hospital. Since I stayed with my sister day and night, for several days, I had ample opportunities to watch Karri as she performed her nursing duties. What a remarkable professional she is! Karri has the talent to convince a reluctant patient to allow all the doctor's orders to be followed, without confrontation. She is attentive to every detail of the patient's health and comfort, treating the whole person. Her actions are performed in a professional, assured way that eases the patient's tensions.
