I nominate Karrie Baumgartner for her diligence as a patient care advocate as well as her excellent nursing skills. Recently, she recognized physical changes in her patient that she became concerned about. Due to her persistence and repeated calls to the physician, a head CT was done which was positive for a head bleed.
