I cannot speak highly enough of my nurse, Karrie. I expressed to her how I really didn't want to come in and take up another room. Clearly, I needed to be in there and was told not to feel guilty. She was so amazing. I felt at peace and knew I made the right decision. She was kind, very caring, and took me seriously. She took the time to listen to me and made it clear I would be taken care of. I fully believe she deserves recognition for how wonderful she is! I must say I was highly nervous coming to the ER. I have had some bad treatment. However, as I said, Nurse Karrie immediately lowered my anxiety, and then when the Dr. entered the room my anxiety was gone. I feel that Nurse Karrie Dewalt needs to be recognized!
