Karriemah Munson was recognized by a family member in her quick actions as an experienced ICU nurse while responding to a Rapid Respond Team call. Ms. Munson utilized her clinical skills and knowledge as a nurse to assist in saving the life of a patient. She was further recognized as a leader and trusted member of the team. Ms. Munson was recognized for assessing the situation, taking control and getting the medical team to the bedside to ensure the patient's condition stabilized. Ms. Munson exemplifies nursing!
