I met Kasey when I was brought to Albany med at 34 weeks pregnant with severe preeclampsia. Kasey was so caring and thorough when explaining everything/step of the way to me. After receiving labs we found I was headed toward HELP syndrome, and my husband and I had to make decision for next steps. We chose c-section as it seemed the safest, and Kasey was a lifesaver during the entire procedure. She stayed by my side the entire time, talked me through each step, and reassured me of everything. I would not have had a positive experience without her support.

My wife and I have been on the long road towards becoming new parents. We have had some difficulties along the way and are easily worried whenever something little arises. While at Albany Med we were advised that our baby was going to be getting delivered five and a half weeks early. This scared us both, but Kasey B. was very kind and patient with us by explaining what was happening and what the options would most likely be. She helped my wife feel at ease and reassured my wife that no matter what we chose (natural or C-section) that Kasey and the staff would stand by that decision 100%. Kasey gave my wife the confidence to make an almost impossible decision. We were so appreciative of her dedication that my wife requested that we be assigned to Kasey for the duration of our stay. Kasey is a personable, kind-hearted, warm spirit, that brings joy into the room as we worked on bringing our little joy into the world. We couldn't thank her enough and believe she is a true DAISY Nurse.

Kasey was absolutely delightful! She tended to all of our needs plus some! Thanks to Kasey she made a chaotic day and turned it into a great experience. I can not thank Kasey enough.

She was fantastically helpful and so wonderfully caring to my son and daughter-in-law while they were navigating their first baby. Her guidance will be remembered always as she made this nervous time so sweet and memorable.

My wife was admitted to the hospital on the due date of our first child. Being first-time parents, we didn’t know exactly what to expect despite talking to family and friends. From the moment we got into the room, Kasey put us right at ease. Kasey explained to us what was going to be happening now, in a few hours, tomorrow, and over the next few days. The delivery went great with all of the credit going to my wife and the guidance of Kasey. Kasey is an extremely skilled nurse with the knowledge to help make our experience one we won’t forget and are very thankful for.
