She is new to the profession but exemplary. I can't explain how her demeanor, knowledge, confidence, and genuineness helps the patient and their family. She goes beyond the required job responsibilities. It may be her willingness to help an exhausted mother get tangled knots out of her child's hair, finding "play" sunglasses for the patient (after she asked for them and went digging in old toys), or seeking answers to reassure the parents about the care of their child. My daughter requested her to help perform whatever care was needed. She was able to efficiently and with great care provide her patient with support while making sure the patient follows the doctor's orders. She gave me peace of mind and reassurance that my daughter's needs were being met.
The best way to explain it is that when she comes into the room, my daughter smiles and happily speaks.
