Kasi was extraordinary during the 2 nights she cared for me. The SICC was short-staffed, and I never knew that until just before I left. She was focused, calm, enjoyable, and highly skilled. She displayed professional composure at all times. I kept her very busy as I was quite ill during my stay. Her cheerful demeanor kept me from feeling sorry for myself. She is a gem. Thank you, Kasi.
